J&KCEGA celebrates Engineers Day | KNO

Srinagar, Sep 15 (KNO): On the occasion of Engineers Day, J&KCEGA President Er. Nasir Amin and General Secretary Er. Mudassir M. Untoo extended warm wishes to engineers across the globe, particularly those working in Jammu and Kashmir. "We express our heartfelt gratitude to the engineering fraternity for their tireless contributions and steadfastness in building and rebuilding our infrastructure, including bridges, roads, hospitals, and basic amenities," said Er. Amin in a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO). "Their selfless work often goes unrecognized, but today we salute these unsung heroes who have made a significant impact on our lives." During the celebrations, discussions highlighted the critical role engineers played in rebuilding and maintaining infrastructure in J&K. "Their dedication and expertise ensured the smooth functioning of essential services, including healthcare, despite challenging circumstances," added Er. Untoo. On this occasion, the President reiterated J&KCEGA's commitment to advocating for the rights and welfare of engineers, ensuring their contributions are recognized and valued—(KNO)
